Immigration Physical & Vaccination

If you’re required to undergo an immigration physical exam in the United States, the exam must be conducted by a physician designated by USCIS (also known as a “civil surgeon”). Also, under the immigration laws of the United States, a foreign national who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to a permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

Immigration medical examinations are performed by a USCIS-designated civil surgeon. Vaccinations are also provided for those in need. If a TB test is positive, a chest X-ray is required. We do not perform X-rays on site. We refer patients to an outside imaging facility and complete the examination once the results are available.
