Immigration Physical & Vaccination

If you’re required to undergo an immigration physical exam in the United States, the exam must be conducted by a physician designated by USCIS (also known as a “civil surgeon”). Also, under the immigration laws of the United States, a foreign national who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to a permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

At Ironstone Medical Clinic, Dr. Dorina Castelo, M.D. is certified by the USCIS to provide full immigration medical exams for the above and provides vaccinations for those in need. If Positive TB is detected, then on-site X-Rays will be available as well.
