Kaiser Permanente: We are not a contracted Kaiser Permanente provider. Kaiser members may be seen for urgent care visits; coverage is determined by Kaiser and should be verified before your visit.

Payment: Payment is accepted in the office only. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. We do not accept online payments.
